1) Go back to our Home Page and click on the "Order Form" tab.
2) When the page comes up, click on the file folder
3) Click on the "Order Form" file listing
4) Print the number of copies you will need
5) Close the file and exit
6) Near the top of the form you printed you will see Invoice/Order Form/Want List. Circle Want List on each page you use
7) Fill out the contact information and enter the date.
8) Enter the current Scott number of the stamp(s) you desire. On each entry, check whether you wish mint (M) or used (U). Also indicate the number of copies wanted.
9) After listing the stamp information noted above, mail the form to us.

Upon receipt, we will check your Want List against our stock. We will enter our selling price for the stamps we have available in the "Item Total" column on the Want List. We will then make a note of the date we completed our stock check on the form, make a copy which we will keep and return the original copy to you by mail. We will also include blank forms you can then use as an Order Form (be sure to circle Order Form) if you choose to place an order with us.

You can go back to our Home Page and click on the "Terms & Conditions" tab to be able to calculate the total cost of the items you wish to purchase. If you would like to make payment by credit card be sure to fill out the Credit Card information at the bottom of the left column.

It may be we only have one copy available of a stamp, or stamps, when we review your Want List. If there are items that we no longer have in stock when we receive your order, we will refund your cost for those items. If the amount is less than $1.00, the refund will be made with mint stamps. If a lack of availability effects the shipping costs, we will contact you to discuss any difference in the charges. This can only occur if your order qualifies for prepaid shipping and insurance at the time you mail it to us.

We have set up this web site to reach more collectors than we could do so otherwise. We use the above sales procedures to insure the utmost privacy for our customers.
